Step-by-Step Instructions
Let’s walk through using Otter.ai + ChatGPT.
✅ Step 1: Set Up Otter.ai to Auto-Join Your Calls
- Create an account at otter.ai
- Link your calendar so Otter knows when meetings are scheduled
- Toggle “Auto-Join Zoom Meetings” in settings
- Otter joins as a silent participant
- Records + transcribes in real-time
- Optional: Upload audio files manually for in-person or phone sessions
✅ Step 2: Summarize Your Sessions with Otter or ChatGPT
After the call, Otter will give you:
- Full transcript
- Auto-generated summary bullets (editable)
