Generate AI-Powered Blogs From Client Questions
Turn the things your clients ask every week into content that builds trust — automatically.
June 25, 2025 | David
Background & Why This Matters
Every time a client asks you:
- “Should I be intermittent fasting?”
- “Why do I always feel bloated?”
- “How many sessions do I need?”
…they’re giving you gold.
These questions are proof of what your audience actually cares about — and they’re likely Googling those exact words.
Instead of answering the same question over and over, you can turn those questions into blog posts using AI to draft content faster — so you can build credibility, improve SEO, and attract more ideal clients.
What You’ll Achieve
You’ll build a repeatable system that:
- Captures real client questions
- Uses ChatGPT or another AI to draft blog responses
- Publishes helpful, search-friendly content regularly
- Establishes you as a go-to expert in your niche
What to Expect After Setup
- You’ll build a valuable library of searchable, helpful content
- Clients will say “I saw your post and it answered my question!”
- You’ll get SEO boosts over time — especially when consistent
What You’ll Need
You’ll only need 45-75 minutes initially (expect ~30 min per post once systemized) and free/low-cost tools to get started:
- AI writing tool like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Jasper
- Content management like Google Docs, Notion, WordPress, Webflow, Wix
- Optional blog hosting like Substack, Beehiiv, or main website
Step-by-Step Instructions
Let’s walk through using ChatGPT + Notion + Website.
✅ Step 1: Collect Common Client Questions
- Review:
- Consult notes
- DMs and emails
- Intake form answers
- Keep a running list in Notion, Google Sheets, or Apple Notes Examples:
- “What supplements should I take for energy?”
- “Is it better to do cardio or strength training first?”
- “How do I stay consistent when I’m traveling?”
✅ Step 2: Use ChatGPT to Draft a Blog Post
Prompt example: “Write a 500-word blog post answering this question from a wellness client: ‘How can I reduce bloating naturally?’ Make it clear, friendly, evidence-informed, and suitable for a general audience. Include an intro, 3–4 tips, and a soft CTA at the end.”
Review and edit the result to reflect your voice and philosophy.
✅ Step 3: Add SEO-Friendly Formatting
- Use an H1 title that includes the question
- “How to Reduce Bloating Naturally: 4 Expert Tips”
- Break content into sections with H2s or bullets
- Include your city/location for local SEO if relevant
- “As a San Diego-based wellness coach…”
- Add internal links (e.g., “Check out my guide to gut health here”) if available
✅ Step 4: Publish to Your Platform
- Paste your edited blog into your website (WordPress, Webflow, Wix)
- Add featured image (Canva works great for quick visuals)
- Hit publish!
Optional: If you don’t have a blog on your site yet, start with a Substack or Beehiiv account to host your content.
✅ Step 5: Promote Across Channels
- Post a quote or tip from the blog on Instagram
- Add the link to your newsletter
- Share in Facebook groups or wellness communities
- Recycle the blog into a Reel or carousel later
