  • Optional automation like Zapier, Notion AI, GPT integrations

Step-by-Step Instructions

Let’s walk through using Otter.ai + ChatGPT.

✅ Step 1: Set Up Otter.ai to Auto-Join Your Calls

  1. Create an account at otter.ai
  2. Link your calendar so Otter knows when meetings are scheduled
  3. Toggle “Auto-Join Zoom Meetings” in settings
    • Otter joins as a silent participant
    • Records + transcribes in real-time
  4. Optional: Upload audio files manually for in-person or phone sessions

✅ Step 2: Summarize Your Sessions with Otter or ChatGPT

After the call, Otter will give you:

  • Full transcript
