Automate Package or Subscription Billing
Get paid on time, every time — without chasing invoices or Venmo screenshots.
Background & Why This Matters
If you offer services like personal training, therapy sessions, coaching, or wellness treatments — chances are some clients want packages or ongoing support.
But managing that manually (monthly invoices, reminders, missed payments) creates a ton of admin work.
Worse, it introduces awkward money conversations that can strain client relationships.
That’s where automated recurring billing comes in — freeing up your time, stabilizing your income, and delivering a smoother client experience.
What You’ll Achieve
You’ll set up a system to:
- Offer recurring packages or subscriptions (e.g., 4 sessions/month)
- Auto-bill clients monthly, quarterly, or per package
- Send confirmations and receipts
- Optionally limit bookings to paid clients only
What to Expect After Setup
- Clients are billed automatically — no reminders needed
- You’ll create predictable income
- Clients feel more committed and consistent
What You’ll Need
You’ll only need 30-60 minutes and free/low-cost tools to get started:
- Billing platform like Practice, MoonClerk, Stripe, Square, or Memberstack
- Booking tool (optional) like Acuity, Calendly, Square Appointments
- CRM or email list (optional) like ConvertKit, MailerLite, Notion
