  • Booking tool (optional) like Acuity, Calendly, Square Appointments
  • CRM or email list (optional) like ConvertKit, MailerLite, Notion

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Create a Practice Account

  1. Go to Practice.do and sign up
  2. Choose the “Solo” or “Pro” plan depending on your needs
  3. Connect your Stripe account under Settings → Payments

Step 2: Create a Subscription or Package

  1. Go to Payments → Plans → + Create Plan
  2. Choose:
    • Subscription: for ongoing (e.g., $199/month for 2 calls)
    • Package: for fixed sessions (e.g., 5-pack of massages)
  3. Add plan details:
    • Name, price, and frequency (monthly, one-time, etc.)
    • Number of included sessions (if applicable)
    • Auto-renew on or off

Step 3: Add Booking Rules (Optional)

  1. Enable Practice’s integrated scheduling or link to Acuity/Calendly
  2. Limit bookings to clients with active packages
  3. Add calendar availability for session times

Step 4: Customize Client Emails

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Edit confirmation, welcome, and payment emails to match your tone – “Thanks for enrolling in Monthly Wellness Coaching! You’re all set. Let’s book your first session.”

Step 5: Share or Send the Plan

  1. Create a shareable link for the plan
  2. Add to your site or email directly to interested clients
